I'm Nele (ig: @nelekiz) and live in germany. I'm doing everything on my own in this shop so if you're unhappy with anything just tell me, so I can get better 🖤

All products are made ethnically safe by my suppliers

Process

After you made your order, I'm checking over it and message my suppliers. Your goods will be sent to me for quality check and shipping. That's why everything takes a bit longer than in other online Shops [1-6 Weeks]

Refunds?

Yes, if you are unhappy with a product or you recieved it broken, you will get a refund. 

You just have to send me a mail with a picture of the broken piece or why you're unhappy with the product. 

My Mail Adress is attached at the end of the FAQ.

Returns 

If you don't want to keep your order because you're unhappy with the product, you can send it back to the adress that is set as shipper on your parcel. 

Once I recieved it, you will get your money back.
